There is too little time and too few people around me at the moment to share this subjects with and I wished to explore them deeper so I decided to attract those into my life by writing myself.
There are at times things I wish to leave to my children to at least consider in the big ocean of life and writing them somewhere seemed to be a good idea.
I had had testing times for awhile and some of the insights collected seemed useful enough to be shared.
Path of Bhakti refers to a spiritual path that fosters love of, faith in and surrender to God. Path of Bhakti is not a religion in itself, it is a process of recognizing God and engaging in a relationship with Him.
My intent is to keep this writings open enough to be considered by different groups and walks of life while still having my own knowledge gathered on the way and my personal experiences and reflections expressed and explored, thus I do not wish to represent anyone but myself and my own path toward God here. In the process I will however present different people and books that touch me and that I found valuable on my path and consider teachers on that road.
Today is Ram Navami, a celebration of appearance day of Lord Ram whose story is described in an epic called Ramayana that I read few times during my life. Having been engaged this morning in some reading and meditative thoughts I came across two blogs written by a couple who each in their own way wrote of their spiritual life reflections and that inspired me to have a trial of my own, together with some words of inspiration by one spiritual teacher I learn from.
Wishing you all the very best on your own path to love
shri (shree)
